When is rent due?

Rent is due on the 1st and is late after 5PM on the 5th. Plus, for your convenience you can pay online.

How long is the lease agreement?

The lease is for 12 equal installments beginning August 4th and ending July 25th.

What type of on site security do you provide?

We have courtesy officers who live on site to assist residents with lock outs, noise complaints, etc. after hours. In addition, homes have security systems with additional monitoring service available upon request. Systems requires a local phone line and a monthly service charge.’ (Note: Resident Responsible for all Applicable Fees Associated with Phone/Monitoring Service.)

What utilities am I responsible for?

High-speed internet and Cable with HBO is provided. There is also an all inclusive rent package option.

Is the clubhouse and other amenities open 24 hours a day?

Yes! We allow our residents full access to all amenities 24/7.

What appliances come with leasing a home?

The following are included: washer, dryer, dishwasher, stove, self-cleaning oven, microwave and a refrigerator with an ice maker.

Is parking assigned?

No, The Woodlands of Statesboro does not require parking decals. Parking is free for residents only! There is also ample parking for friends and family who come to visit.)

Are pets allowed?

Yes! There is a $300 non-refundable fee per pet and an additional fee of $15/month per pet. (Some Restrictions Apply)
