At The Woodlands two on-site courtesy officers live in the community and are available to assist with any emergency that might arise as well as watch out for resident safety and privacy.

Student Focused Setting: 24hr Access

The Woodlands clubhouse is designed specifically for college students. Everything from a full computer lab to fitness facilities and a resort pool are all available to residents whenever they need. Our staff is also available for questions and help seven days a week.

Roommate Matching

For students who are new to the area or don't have a roommate chosen, The Woodlands can help match roommates who may like living together.

Pet Friendly

Many students like the comfort and security of having a pet during college. The Woodlands is pet friendly and offers pet stations throughout the property.

The Woodlands offers 2 bedroom 2 bathroom units throughout the property.

Individual Leases

Rather than hassling roommates over rent, leases at The Woodlands are individual. This means that you and your student are only responsible for your lease agreement.

Utilities

High Speed Internet and Cable including HBO are provided free of charge for every resident at The Woodlands. There is also an All-Inclusive Rate Option to have Water and Power included in your rent
